STEP TWO
(two items)

Now, with two juggling items, (one in each hand) toss the first (like in step one).

When it reaches it's highest point and begins to drop, throw the second and stop.


Return your hands to the starting position after each stop. This will train your hands not to sneak towards the middle (tosses from hands too close to each other tend to go forward instead of up)

Keeping your hands a consistent distance from each other will ensure consistant tosses, which will result in consistant catches, which will result in ....juggling :)

Repeat the process starting with the other hand.


Do this step till you are comfortable with the height of your tosses.
