Black bean Hummus

20151003_1404462 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 garlic clove, peeled

2 teaspoon red pepper

1 teaspoon Paprika

2 tablespoons = 1/8 cup

    This was way hotter then I expected!! You might want to dial the spice back a bit.

    Otherwise it was pretty good

    It was delicious (and so spicy), but dig John’s fancy staging of the hummus. Living with a fussy eater has really helped step up his presentation.  wink
